ERA Mission Statement Our mission, as the Spirit of St. Louis Chapter of the Electronic Representatives Association, is to help assist our membership in providing professional electronic component sales, support and service to all of our member's loyal customers, principals and distribution partners thereby ensuring financial growth and well being for all. To our member's loyal customers, we are unpaid consultants, utilizing our specialized knowledge and experience in order to furnish our best solution for their unique problems. If we do not personally possess a solution, we belong to an organization whose networked members do, supporting the success of our local customer base in their respective industries. To our member's principals, we are the most efficient sales and marketing tool they possess, bringing local understanding and visibility of our marketplace to them. Unlike any other sales method, the commissioned sales representative's "costs" track directly with the fluctuations of their particular market, effectively meeting the budgets of small, medium, and large manufacturers alike. To our member's distribution partners, we are technical support and sales team members, delivering the intimate product line knowledge and samples needed to train new distributor personnel and/or close key sales agreements, guaranteeing our mutual future success.
