Show Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: ½ Booth charges until 4 weeks before show then full charge.

Booth reservations: Booth assignments will only be guaranteed upon receipt of money and will be made on a first come basis.  Chapter members will receive priority on assignments.

Booth charges: $400 for non members  $300 for members except one booth furnished as part of dues structure.  Credit card or debit card payment is not available.

Booth fees include: 10’x 5’ standard booth, 3’ high draped side rails, company identification sign, one 8’ foot skirted table show promotion and advertising, computerized list of registered attendees, complimentary lunch and beverages. Electrical service is included but no internet connection.  Booth carpeting is an individual exhibitor’s responsibility.

Seminar fees include: 24’ x 20’ seminar room, podium and screen, company identification sign, presentation table and seating for 25,show promotion and advertising, computerized list of registered attendees and complimentary lunch and beverages.

Set-up: The day prior to the show from 12:00pm to 7:oopm.

Dismantling: Immediately after the final show hour.  There will be no early show breakdown.

 

Attendee restrictions:

Non-member manufacturer’s representatives whose companies choose not to exhibit will not be permitted access to the show.

Distributor personnel whose companies choose not to exhibit will not be permitted access to the show.

All students except graduate college engineering students will not be permitted access to the show.
